LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Nathaniel Miller joined Karell Trial Attorneys in April 2022 and advocates for injured clients in both personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. As a trial attorney, he manages every stage of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial. Nathaniel is dedicated to ensuring each client receives personalized attention and a strong representation throughout their legal journey.

Nathaniel earned his bachelor’s degree from Georgia College and State University and obtained his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2016. Before transitioning to personal injury law, Nathaniel began his legal career in insurance defense. This experience has strengthened his ability to fight for the rights of injured individuals and achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.
