LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Georgia Summer is a litigation attorney at Karell Trial Attorneys, where she has represented clients in personal injury cases since January 2024. She manages a full caseload of litigation matters from start to finish, including legal research, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and courtroom appearances. She also plays a key role in trial preparation—developing case strategies, coordinating with experts and witnesses, and advocating for her clients every step of the way.

What Georgia finds most rewarding about her work is the ability to fight for justice and deliver meaningful results. She is committed to helping clients navigate the legal system and achieve the compensation they rightfully deserve.

Georgia earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she was a published legal scholar on Title IX reform and an active member of the Trial Advocacy Board. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi. Prior to joining Karell Trial Attorneys, Georgia practiced at Foster Law and gained experience in real estate, estate planning, and public defense—bringing a well-rounded perspective to her client advocacy.
